 Situation is pretty unsolvable at the moment. The US cannot reach a real regime change situation. But this is the only possibility to win or at least give Iran people hope. What was not anticipated upon is that an ideology cannot be bombed or even nuked. So, without a real regime change, nothing will change, only delayed for some time. The world will suffer terrorists atacks for decades, so called revenge because we have the right. Meanwhile Iran society will suffer braindrain, leaving the middle class and lower, a sitting duck for the hidden regime that will suppress them hard. Oil will finance rebuild and "the west" will only be able to watch or maybe give a slap on the wrist with diplomacy. The US and/or Israël show no plan at all.  We know but do they? Can they really be so ignorant, thinking that a large bombing assault would bring real change? Iran will have a long row of people to be the next ayatolla.  Yes, now we are f*cked. Today I learned that access to the odido.nl domain is blocked from abroad. I can access the odido app by switching off wifi and only use 4/5G internet. Then everything works fine. The fact that the Odido security is doing this kind of global actions, shows that they are a bit nervous. Let's wait. I noticed this today (FEB27)  @ 10 , I will come back here if/when resolved. Eerder schreef ik er al al over. Wanneer ik toen (14-5-2010) voor 1000€ in de AEX had geïnvesteerd, was dit vandaag: € 3153,-    : een rendement van:  315,3 % totaal, per jaar ongeveer:  19,7% Deze 30 jaar grafiek loopt tot en met 24 November 2024:   762 Sinds die tijd ging het nog beter: vandaag 1009 punten Oude posts  hier en hier Ergo: €1000,- op 14 mei 2010, was nu € 3153,- waard geweest. Mja, toen twijfelde ik er aan. In plaats daarvan zat mijn geld in huizen die ik twee keer goed verkocht heb en hetgeen als een hefboom heeft gewerkt. Goud had ik wel moeten kopen, meer dan sieraden dan toch.

 Wat vind ik van het regeerakkoord? Ten eerste is het een foute uitdrukking in het geval van een minderheidskabinet. Het zou regeervoornemen genoemd moeten worden. Maar dat bekt niet en het is ook niet traditioneel. Dat de oppositie er "tegen" is en vooral teleurgesteld is, helpt verder ook niks. Alle, maar dan ook werkelijk alle voornemens hebben steun vanuit de oppositie nodig. Sommige puntjes zullen dat eenvoudig bereiken, maar de lastige puntjes worden onderwerp van of een hoop getouwtrek, gemopper (lost niks op), op de persoon spelen (ditto) of een gezonde discussie en dialoog op weg naar draagvlak in coalitie én oppositie, iets dat in meerderheid situaties niet zo vaak voorkomt. En we mogen de eerste kamer niet vergeten. daar moet sowieso gepolderd worden. Een goed en positief voorbereid voorstel heeft dan meer kans van slagen want welk 1e kamerlid gaat zijn of haar evenknie afvallen.   We worden overspoeld met nieuws, "nieuws" moet ik schrijven want de opsomming van gebeurtenissen noem ik geen nieuws. Nieuws verbaasd, nieuws is uniek, nieuws is onverwacht, nieuws is anders, etc. Als ik de media scan, je weet wel nu.nl, bnr.nl, google news, de kranten sites, veelal achter een betaalmuur, dan overkomt mij de gedachte dat er iets gemeld wordt om het melden alleen, anders is de tijdlijn zo leeg. Elke dag een update van het formatie proces, kleine blokjes informatie omgeven met allerlei speculatie of aannames, nog een dunnetjes overgedaan in de actualiteitenrubrieken zoals RTLtonight.  Waarom kan er niet gewacht worden op echt inhoudelijk nieuws, met een kop en een staart, met commentaar vanuit diverse invalshoeken, keurig voorbereid. Het is dan wellicht een week oud maar wel kompleet. O, nee, dát gaat niet dan zijn we te laat. Dus krijgen we een artikelen van een busongeluk met een voorbeeld foto (wat er is nog niemand ter plaatse) en de titel: "busongev...

We use a Starlink system over two years now, while traveling through Europe. Everywhere we go we have internet and (streaming) television from our home country (the Netherlands). Flawless. As long as you have a more or less clear view of the sky, internet will run. With some trees, interruptions may occur but for internet and streaming TV no probs. Realtime stuff like gaming and teleconferencing will suffer more from interruption, but we don't game and rarely have the need for teleconferencing. A whatsapp call with our (grand)children always survives. Yes, nowadays it bothers us a bit that it is Elon M and the US providing this, but there's no alternative and it will take a long time untill. Customer service of Starlink is more than great, pricing is reseonable and the system impresses me as an electrical engineer. More than 8500 satelites in a flawless handover sequence.  It's becoming one-way communication . You all will recognize the situation that somebody or a news site posts something, within 30 minutes polluted with hundreds, sometime thousands of reactions.  36 Minutes, >1700 reactions. Nobody is reading those reactions, yeah, maybe 5 and then you'll get the picture. But most of the time people just post a reaction to post a reaction. Period. It give us the impression that we can join the discussion, but this is only an illusion . Social media are becoming one-way (and they know it) You can see this as an advertisement for cheap booze, everybody wants it but it is still cheap. But yeah, I'm also trying to get attention, poor me.

  The EU is a lame duck. The orange clown got us by the b*lls (we are without) and all we do is nothing. Yeah, some disapproval wispering. Germany even pulled back out of Greenland after two days to avoid the tariffs, which would hurt the already faible car industry. Can you believe this. Are we nothing? With all our culture and history we are just bullied by a moron, just because he can?  I'm ashamed that we just let this happen. And I don't mean nuke them, but.. ...we could actually turn this 100% around by back bluffing this dude. As he has no thourough plan behind his power, he could just collapse in stuttering a reply. So, look for his weakest point and...fire...words, not more. Strong and wise words he cannot handle and he will fall in his own trap. Argue this guy down. But, yeah, who is going to do that?
