Customer service fail

Well, how bad can customer service be?

non responsive
no real action
unknown status
language problems
burocratic
all of the above

My daughter ordered, paid and received a cooling table. Dead on arrival (DOA). From that moment on, all of the above for weeks/ months

UPDATE: after contacting them all afternoon, they offered 200 € for the repair.
the repair of a cooling table that arrived dead, unknown cost. yep, they don't know customer service but the have our money already for weeks.
